Climate

[edit]
Areas of the world with subtropical climates
Areas of the world that feature a continental climate, according to Köppen

Hi, in the Budapest article is the exactly same issue Talk:Budapest#Climate

Climate of Slovakia is continental and not subtropical! Please keep consistency between articles. Users who are living there or near also can confirm this.

See my response over at Talk:Budapest. Same thing applies here. Uness232 (talk) 12:03, 5 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Climate information

[edit]

Could just the 1991-2020 extremes from WMO Climate Normals be used for extremes in the weatherbox? It feels like just to use English or Slovak references in weatherboxes in Slovakia. 1991-2020 is a quite long reference period. Most sites start at 1980s, and I am not interested about observations like that. This arleady occurs in articles Prešov and Nitra. By looking 1991-2020 extremes, it goes clear what are recent record lows, and most all-time monthly record highs are from that period. --40bus (talk) 11:17, 3 January 2025 (UTC)[reply]
